Fremont Airboat Club Scholarship
GUIDELINES:
- A $500 scholarship will be awarded annually to one qualified applicant.
- Applicant must be a high school student who will be graduating in the spring or a current full-time college student.
- Applicant must reside in Dodge, Saunders, Washington or Douglas Counties.
- Must have taken the boater’s safety course and include a copy of the certificate with the scholarship application.
- Applicant must be enrolled in a college, university, or trade school for the year in which they are applying.
- Applicant must display the intention of majoring in a course of study beneficial to forestry, wildlife preservation, game and parks or another related field of study.
- The winner will be notified by June 19th.
- If for any reason, the student drops his/her courses within a 6-month time limit, the scholarship money must be returned to the Airboat Club.
Applications must be postmarked by April 1 each year.
